Our Process
We do not service on Christmas day. An evening or overnight clearing will take place following the holiday when needed. • Shovelers are not dispatched until the snow has either tapered off or stopped. It could take up to 48 hours before the shoveling is completed, dependent on the amount of snow accumulation.
• Shovelling service is a ONE time pass for each storm event.
• We include walkways, stairways, sidewalks and driveways in our seasonal snow removal contract. This way you don’t have to worry about any additional fees. • Day of snow event, an update broadcast will be emailed to you with an estimated service schedule.
• We will not come out to you if the weather drops below -40°c as this brings additional risk especially for prolonged periods outdoors. Additionally, we will not come out to service your home if there’s consistent temperatures above 0 Celsius around the time of snowfall as the snow ill likely melt.
• NOTE: Broadcasts are ONLY estimations in reference to information we follow within the weather network. Schedules may vary due to changes as the winter events accumulate. Help us help you receive the best snow removal service
• Please move your vehicle off the driveway when an alert broadcast is sent out to you. Try to move your vehicle prior or as soon as you see the broadcast. This will allow us to clear the entire driveway, walkways and sidewalks.
• There will sometimes be a small accumulation of snow left behind especially if it continuously snows. We are not liable in anyway for slips and falls on your property after the snow has been removed. We do not offer ice removal and that is the sole resonsilbility of the home owner. *Our goal is to have your snow cleared within 48 hours of the snow ending (generally sooner) but on larger snowfalls the time could be longer. Also, in an effort to keep prices reasonable, we generally do not clear snow on STAT holidays.
